Current state: Will is transitioning from SD domicile to FL domicile. The FL domicile is NOT yet established — no FL driver's license, no Declaration of Domicile filed, no FL voter registration. Until FL domicile is legally locked down, certain address changes carry risk.

  4. Audit and identify all active subscriptions
  5. Set up USPS forwarding from Evansville to FL (once FL lease is signed)

PHASE B — FL Domicile Day (all on the same trip)

  1. Obtain FL driver's license (surrender SD)
  2. File Declaration of Domicile with county Clerk of Court
  3. Register to vote in FL
  4. Update car insurance to FL address + FL DL
  5. Update Budget Fastbreak DL info (SD → FL)

PHASE C — Within 30 days of FL domicile

  1. Update Beemok payroll: Home State → FL, Domicile State → FL, SC withholding → STOP
  2. Confirm SFG has FL address for bonus-year records
  3. Update all financial accounts (Ally, Robinhood, Vanguard, Chase, Pinnacle HSA)
  4. File Form 8822 with IRS (or let CPA handle via next return)
  5. File FL LLC via Sunbiz ($125) for Shore Party
  6. Cancel SD PMB (iPostal) once all mail is redirected
